To all the runners, you've worked hard! The race has truly just begun...
I'm sure many of you were bombarded with posts about the Taipei Marathon yesterday... XD After a long period of pre-race preparation and the 42.192 km trek, don't force yourselves back into training after the race. Let your body and mind take a break!
Properly recovering your tired body and mind will prevent mental fatigue and help maintain your passion for training.
If you still feel like moving a little, it's recommended to reduce your training intensity to about 70% of your usual practice, or even lower. Moderate exercise can promote blood circulation, accelerate metabolism, and also help speed up body recovery.
