I've always had issues with swollen calves, so I recently tried FLIPPOS functional compression socks. Unlike the compression socks I used to wear for sleeping, FLIPPOS Socks can also be worn out, during exercise, or even to work.
Normally, after an evening run, I wear them to sleep to prevent my legs from swelling and feeling uncomfortable the next day.
This time, I specifically wore them for trail running. In the past, hiking and trail running put more pressure on my calves than regular running. Wearing FLIPPOS Socks during exercise can effectively reduce muscle vibration, generate greater athletic power, and speed up post-exercise recovery.
