In addition to regular boxing training, running is also a very important part of my routine, usually about 10KM.
Today was my first half marathon, which I treated as physical training for boxing. I finished in 2 hours and my body feels fine.
Perhaps I've been in the Philippines 🇵🇭 for too long, because I feel really cold in Taiwan 😂.
Thanks to my strong friend for running with me, and for our usual running training (even my friend's dad ran the half marathon, which is amazing!) and to the handsome Johnny, and thanks to Flippos for the best flip socks, which allowed me to run in style.Socks worn: Shallow Bloody Beach
