The source of the word Rave is the slang used by the Caribbean residents of London in 1960 to call the celebration, and the core value of Rave culture is P.L.U.R, which stands for Peace (peace), Love (love), Unity (unity) and Respect (Respect), whose spirit is to pursue an ideal world without class, struggle, and discrimination.
Rave Party began in the 1990s in small clubs in the UK, and then became popular all over the world and derived a unique social subculture, such as variety of dressing styles, such as baggy trousers, fluorescent tops, and jewelry etc.

    DETAILS AND INSPIRATIONS

    What Is Art?
In the modern sense, a work of art can be understood as a tangible or intangible creation through which an artist expresses ideas, intentions, or perspectives shaped by a particular time and cultural context—while also resonating with humanity’s sense of aesthetic appreciation.

Of course, every artwork holds value in its own way. Yet the distortions of the art market and speculative pricing have often blurred the essence of art itself. Does an expensive artwork necessarily mean it is a better one? Does a high market value make an artist truly successful? Is buying art an act of investment—or speculation? In this era, there is no single answer.

As Irish poet Oscar Wilde once said, “Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.” In one sentence, he captured how modern society so often confuses price with true value.

Rave Party refers to an all-night party centered around DJ performances, where electronic music such as techno, house, and drum and bass fills the space.
The word rave originated as slang used by Caribbean communities in London during the 1960s to describe a celebration. At the heart of rave culture is P.L.U.R.—Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect—reflecting an ideal world without class divisions, conflict, or discrimination.
Beginning in small clubs across the UK in the 1990s, rave parties gradually spread worldwide, evolving into a distinct social subculture with its own expressive style, including oversized pants, fluorescent tops, and bold accessories.

    #FLIPPOS Socks Design
Tie-dye is a traditional Chinese dyeing technique with a history spanning thousands of years, dating back to the Qin and Han dynasties. It later spread to countries such as India, Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia. Yet because the process is highly intricate and labor-intensive, traditional tie-dye craftsmanship gradually declined and has largely been replaced today by digital printing.

This distinctive technique involves tightening, knotting, tying, wrapping, or stitching the fabric with thread or cord before dyeing it. Once the bindings are removed, the textile reveals richly layered patterns and a vivid sense of movement, giving each piece its own unique life and turning it into a one-of-a-kind work of art.

In the UK rave scene, there has long been an unwritten rule: the party does not end until sunrise. At that moment, the DJ begins to play a style of music known as chill out—softer, more laid-back, and often touched with a hint of jazz—signaling that the night is drawing to a close. Still wrapped in the haze of the night, young partygoers step out to greet the first light of a new day. That is why we named this pair of FLIPPOS Socks Roxy, a name that evokes the meaning of dawn.

Continuing the tie-dye technique explored in What Is Art?, we used two different methods to express the colors seen by partygoers as they emerge from underground into the surface light of early morning. That soft, untroubled atmosphere best reflects the spirit of love and peace at the heart of rave culture.

    WHY FLIPPOS

The original idea of FLIPPOS hosiery is to create a pair of compression stocking fulfilling functions in every way. You could wear it to the office and exercise after work as well. Simply with ONE SAME pair of stocking.
Considering that most people either sit or stand for a long time for work in which cause the fatigue condition upon feet and calf, we develop our hosiery to apply ‘graduated compression’ from the sole of the foot to calf to improve this situation.
Additionally, wearing FLIPPOS during exercise could reduce muscle vibration effectively, produce greater strength, and improve the speed of fatigue recovery after exercising.

Flip the length, flip the attitude.

In order to cater for any occasion and any outfit, FLIPPOS creates the first compression hosiery that can be folded. You could wear it knee-high or fold it to the calf. The item can be transformed into socks within seconds.
    ★Length BEFORE flipping: Knee-High
★Length AFTER flipping: 18cm above ankle

    FLIPPOS MCP (Maze Cushioning Plus)
FLIPPOS’ ultimate goal is the pursuit of the ultimate product. This time we have upgraded our original patented maze cushioning to strengthen the sole’s “knitted maze damping.” Both the hardness and the rebound speed are significantly improved, so when running, jumping or climbing, the notable shock-absorbing effect means no loss of power and full athletic release.

    FLIP-Lite Collection
In response to extreme climates nowadays, FLIPPOS uses different weaving methods and designs to reduce the thickness of socks by 30%, and at the same time increase the proportion of mesh in the entire surface, making it feel like a second layer of skin, lighter and more breathable for your daily life or sports.
