Common Fraud Tactics:
Spoofed phone numbers: +999-XXXX XXXX Any incoming call with a "+" prefix is a fake number created by a fraud group using a computer. Please disregard such calls.
Due to system issues, the payment amount was mistakenly split into 12 installments / credit card was charged 12 times repeatedly. FLIPPOS does not offer installment plans and will not repeatedly charge your card. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card company.
Sending suspicious URLs and asking consumers to click on them.
If you receive a call regarding convenience store pickup, claiming an error due to repeated barcode scanning, please disregard it.

165 Anti-Fraud Hotline
The National Police Agency has established the "165 Anti-Fraud Hotline" to enhance fraud prevention and provide public consultation.
If you encounter any suspicious calls, whether from a mobile or landline, simply dial "165" to have a dedicated representative explain the situation and determine if it is a fraud incident.
Please spread the word to everyone to collectively combat crime and prevent fraud.
