[Greenland]
According to records, in 985 AD, a Norse Viking fugitive named Erik the Red existed. To recruit more sailors to help him escape, Erik lied to the Vikings in Iceland, telling them there was a resource-rich island to the north, the legendary "Greenland" (Grønland), which we now know as the home of Santa Claus.
Surprisingly, this lie worked, attracting over 4,000 Vikings to sail northwest in search of this mythical land. This marked the earliest Nordic migration to Greenland. However, when the eagerly awaiting Vikings landed, they realized Erik the Red had deceived them; the island was covered in ice and snow, with no green plants to be found.
Ironically, due to global warming in recent years, the ice sheets are gradually disappearing, and Greenland has started to show green grass and trees. The homes of polar bears and other cold-climate animals are also in jeopardy. Today, over a thousand years later, Greenland truly has the potential to become a green land.

The design features a Viking longship discovering new lands, symbolizing a bountiful harvest. On both sides are magical Nordic runic wheels, paired with a navigational compass to seek the legendary Tree of Life, representing endless vitality.
Additionally, ravens were messengers of Odin in Norse mythology. When a ship was less than 300 kilometers from land, sailors would release a raven, then follow its flight direction to shore.
When the socks are flipped down, a polar wolf representing Greenland is revealed. The polar wolf is one of Earth's ancient species, a survivor of the Ice Age, symbolizing solitary survival, echoing the theme of the Tree of Life.

The design features a Maya mythical creature, the jaguar, leaping out of the jungle. In Maya culture, jaguars transformed into gods of fire and rain, protecting villagers in their tribes. The background shows the Chichen Itza pyramid, a World Heritage site and the most famous ruin of the Maya civilization.
When the socks are flipped, the Maya people appear to be chasing the jaguar. This is actually an allegory for the reasons behind the demise of the Maya civilization, warning the world that coexisting with the environment is the only way to achieve sustainable development for Earth.
