I never imagined the wind in Beigang would be so incredibly strong!!!! 🥹🥹
I ran into a strong headwind for a full 21 kilometers. Luckily, the wind on the return leg was much lighter, so I ran the second half of the marathon better than the first half today.
However, today, all the elites from central and southern Taiwan were out, and the finishing times for the overall rankings were astonishing. I couldn't even make it to the group awards. Although I'm a little disappointed, I'm quite satisfied with my own finishing time, considering I just ran the Taipei Marathon last week, and I still had some energy to accelerate in the latter half today. I'd give myself an 85! ♥️
